Data Management Data Management is designed to make EMS flexible and adaptable to different situations. The flexibility is guaranteed by the internal data structures, allowing users to create fully configurable data entry modules. A software wizard makes the task streamlined and effortless. All data is related to a defined operational unit where the data is collected. Operational units, organised in a hierarchical manner and grouped by types are fully configurable to an organisation's realities. Examples: Production site > Plant > Business Unit or Region > Province > Town ...or any other hierarchical structure. Management of indicators allows users to create their own algorithmic benchmarks to give meaning to their operations and, when necessary, emphasised by graphic interfaces. Each indicator can then be attributed an automatic update feature, associated with a scheduling pattern. The ease-of-use in report creation, courtesy of our wizard, guides users through the variables available for reporting and the filters that can be applied. Visualisation of data is translated into different graphic representations in order to choose the pertinent one. Data export allows conversion into different formats, including Excel e PDF. |
